Kiting Exercises

Kiting forward, walk backwards and side to side.

Try to bring the wing up without holding anything, just leaning back.

Kite forward without holding the brakes.

Kite using only the rear risers.

Kite reverse and yank on one brake hard and then recover.

Practice straight brakes and swapping.

Bring the kite up assymetrically by stepping to one side of center and prepare mentally to pull the appropriate brake to counter.

Practice assymetrics, stabillo pulls, b-stalls, and big ears.

Practice in extremely light and extremely strong winds.
